Ingersoll Engagement Photography
Mary and Kris are getting married today so I thought it was about time to post their engagement photography session which was captured at the Elm Hurst Inn in Ingersoll. This location has always been a favourite of mine and I have shot many weddings there but this was my first engagement session. Mary and Kris really wanted a good sunset picture and we had rescheduled a couple of times to make sure that we were doing the session on a sunny day rather than overcast however when it was too late to change our session time it came over overcast and we were thinking that we weren’t going to be able to get the sunset shot, but we continued and had fun anyway. They were using the photos as magnet save the dates which is a great idea for save the dates and you can read more here about other ideas for uses of your engagement photography.
They wore a casual set of clothes and a more dressy set, which also went with the colours of their wedding. As you can see, the sun peaked out from behind the clouds for a wonderful sunset and I was so happy to be able to capture it for them.
