Port Stanley Engagement Session
We are off to Marla and Steve’s big day at the Elm Hurst and happy to share their Port Stanley Engagement Session.
- We actually met online almost 4 years ago. We met for a drink and things just went from there.
- I was uncertain, a little skeptical given previous experience (Marla) Steve would say it was love at first sight
- We went away on a short vacation in July 2021. We were in Peterborough and on a walk in the park. We sat down on a bench by a small body of water and Steve got down on one knee and proposed. We both had a few tears. Of course I said yes. Steve had requested permission from my 3 children in advance. We had a lovely dinner that evening.
- I think any of our vacations as our time together was limited until we recently moved in together (2 weeks ago) It was important having these extended times. Fun weekend trips to Ottawa and the spa. Trip to Nova Scotia to see my sister. Cottage in Port Carling. Our stay at Windemere.
- We are very similar. Like things organized, in there place and things to be well planned out. We both work a lot, which has been an issue for us both in past relationships, so the fact that we respect that about one another is important We both feel like we found our perfect soul mate
