Downtown Wedding Photography London Ontario

I am going back to the archive to blog some of the weddings which have been missed over the years. This week it is Shannon & Matt’s big day on a Friday evening in August 2019. I loved so many elements of this wedding. They wanted to keep it on the smaller side and have really great quality food and I was happy to help them with their Small Wedding Photography London Ontario. I captured Shannon’s side (with a Man and Maid of Honour) getting ready at home with their adorable dog. Then I headed to Hotel Metro for the guys getting ready. The ceremony and reception were held at Gnosh which is super close to Hotel Metro. I loved photographing the emotion on Matts face as he watched Shannon walking up the aisle. After the ceremony we took a group photo with all of the guests on the steps at Bud Gardens. We then went to the Old Court House and Ivey Park for more wedding party and couple photographs. On the way back there was a meet up of cyclists at Covent Garden Market and they all rang their bells and it was a very memorable moment. They had a characterture artist at the reception which kept people entertained- a great idea for weddings this year which may not allow dancing and as much mingling. The speeches were heartfelt and I loved capturing the first dance and night photos.
