Exeter Ontario Wedding Photography

This wedding will forever stick in my mind as the hottest wedding day I have photographed. The getting ready part of the day went smoothly with the girls getting dressed in the room with air conditioning but everything was a lot warmer from then on with doing the first look at noon and then all of the wedding party and couple photos in the middle of the day heat. After heading back to the house right when the ceremony was due to happen a thunderstorm came through, which sent all of the guests running with their chairs into the reception tent. Luckily the storm went straight through so after 10 minutes everyone was able to set the chairs back up and Colleen and Steve were able to go through with the outdoor wedding they had planned. After a beautiful ceremony followed by a receiving line and family photos, everyone relaxed in the shade while the humidity rose topping out at ‘feels like’ 40 degrees- not that you would know it by how well composed everyone is in the photographs!
