Civic Gardens engagement session with dog.
We are off to photography Brittany and Scott’s big day today at Exeter Golf Club and I just had to post their fall Civic Gardens engagement session with dog.
- We saw Woodgate get recommended by a number of vendors we had selected and upon further investigation we loved the shooting style that we saw!
- We met on the dating app bumble.. we connected and chatted for a few weeks before Brittany suggested we meet in real life! I picked her up that February night and went to Palasad for some drinks and bowling.. that turned into 5 hours of chatting and closing the restaurant down.. we never did go bowling!
- Brittany – he’s tall, and he’s cute, he’s not going to be interested in me Scott – man am I swinging out of my weight class, she’s stunning!
- We were on vacation out in Vancouver (Brittany bought Scott tickets to see Chris Stapleton in concert for Christmas). Scott planned ahead, and knew that he was going to propose to Brittany out there. He planned ahead, picked a few places but had to keep adjusting his plans because his original ideas were being cancelled and the backup tourist tour got cancelled. Scott planned to propose on a bridge he had scoped out on google maps in Stanley park. We get to the Vancouver Aquarium in Stanley Park and are looking around and enjoying ourselves… even though it is raining on and off. As we exited the Aquarium Scott suggested we go for a walk in the rain. Brittany thought Scott was crazy for wanting to walk around the park in the rain. As we walked over a small foot bridge Scott turned Brittany around and walked her back to the bridge, got down on one knee and forgot everything he was going to say. He pulled out the ring said a few things, and got the question out.. Brittany being stunned said “oh my god you’re joking” then proceeded to put on the ring. Scott asked to hear the yes to make sure that she had actually said yes. It was a Yes! So Scott proposed to Brittany on a footbridge with no one around in the pouring rain in Stanley park.
- We had many to choose from, but we decided to each pick one of our favourite dates: Britt – We got last minute, tickets (the day before the show) to see Luke Combs in London – I’d been wanting to see him for forever and it was just the most perfect night! Scott – Our second date – sporadic knights game right before I was supposed to leave for Nashville, or the Keith urban concert Brittany got me for my birthday last year!
- Britt – I love his determination and commitment, when he says he is going to do something, he gets it done. He always goes above and beyond! Scott – I love how passionate she is about the things she loves, she knows what is important to her and she makes me feel loved every single day
- A celebration of our love and commitment to each other, a joyful, happy occasion and a coming together of families and friends christening a new family and couple
- Our Living room, master bedroom, Scott’s office, basement living area
