Me and Nick knew each other since elementary kids. We met through mutual friends. It wasn’t until Christina started working at Zehrs that we first started date. Nick asked Christina out while we were stocking shelves and we went on our first date to the movies.
Me and Nick saw each other as friends at first. It wasn’t until we first started to date that the connection grew.
I just finished dropping off my mom and Nana off at their houses from the gym when I received a phone call from Nick. Nick told me that he took our dogs for a walk and Jackson was having a hard time walking with his knee. ( at 7 months old, Jackson jumped off our couch and hit his knee off the coffee table and he popped his knee cap out which resulted in him needed knee surgery) At first I was angry because Nick knows how much the surgery cost me and I always watch to see if he is walking fine because I don’t want it to pop out again. When I got there Nick told me where to meet him, I saw him on one knee with both my dogs, Jackson and Buddy, with signs around their neck saying ” Will you marry me”. My answer was yes!
Christina and Nicks favourite memories are just everyday stuff we get to do with our dogs. We love when all 4 of us get to hang out together whether its going for walks, going to the beach or our all time favourite yearly event is pawlozza.
Christina: I love how Nick’s always able to be himself. He always tries to be the life of the party and make people laugh and always have a good time. I love his confidence in himself and doesn’t let people bring him down. I love the “puppy dad” inside of him. He always playing with our dogs and even though he needs a few reminders to feed them or let them out, he puts them first because he knows how much they mean to me. Nick: I love how Christina can make me laugh at any given time. I love how dominate Christina is in everyday situations, how she always stays calm and knows exactly what to say or do. I love how caring and giving she is to people and how she would anything for anyone especially our dogs.
We hope our family and friends see our wedding as fun and entertaining. We hope they see how happy we are on starting our next chapter together.
Since we just bought a new house less than 2 week ago, we have no idea but I would like to put it somewhere on the main level so people can see how happy we were on that day.
We choose you guys because I love the antique look in pictures, the colours is my style. When I was looking at Erins photography I noticed she photographed a lot of dogs, and since we both are dog lovers I just had to go with her.
