Excited to be photographing Katelyn and Brandon’s big day today! I loved photographing their Fanshawe Conservation Winter engagement session earlier this year getting to know them with plenty of candid and romantic poses and moments captured. 

• Tell us the story of how the two of you met.
  I was working at Crabby Joes south London and Brandon came in with a bunch of football friends and approached me with his phone number
• What were your first thoughts on seeing each other?
  We both were drawn by each others cute smiles Brandon: knew he had to get to know her
• Tell me the proposal story (the long version is fine)
  It was very early in the morning and we were getting ready to head on a long summer hike in Algonquin park. It was like every other adventure we would take together so Katelyn had no idea. After a few hour drive we decided on the track and trail hike up looking over the lakes. After a very uphill climb in the opening Brandon got down while we were up top alone and proposed while catching all the tears and smiles on video
• What is your favourite memory together (other than those mentioned above)?
  Brandon: getting and raising our dog together Katelyn: so many to think of. Our after dinner walk and talks, tv show nights with snacks, vacationing together, climbing a mountain
• What do you love most about each other?
  Brandon: her kindness and positivity Katelyn: his selflessness and true honesty
• How do you hope your friends and family see your wedding?
  Beautiful and happy. Fun filled with lots to of dancing
• Have you thought of anywhere in your house you would like to hang your wedding photographs?
  In our living room, love black and white candid looks
• Why did you choose us?
  Was recommended by elmhurst and photos are beautiful
• What are your wedding colours?
  Dusty rose with greenery accents
