Wedding Anniversary Photography London Ontario

Last year many of the weddings we had scheduled were rescheduled which meant we had more availability for events like Bill & Mary Anne’s 50th Wedding Anniversary Photography London Ontario. Celebrating with just their children and grandchildren it was wonderful to photograph this event on a cool June afternoon. We were lucky with the weather to get all of the posed shots of the family together while the rain held off and then captured many candid when it started to sprinkle. They luckily had rented a tent so that their meal was under cover, and it kept their lovely decorated golden wedding anniversary table set dry. I loved hearing the story about how one of their sons took the day off work to drive to stratford to get them their favourite Rheo Thompson Candies mint smoothies. I loved when Mary Anne took out their scrapbook wedding album to show everyone- this is a tradition I do every year on our anniversary and just makes me think about how important it is to have a high quality album of your wedding photographs, something that will stand the test of time rather than the photos just sitting on a hard drive. I still have a variety of spaces available for summer and fall to be able to capture events like this.
