Best of 2020: Wedding Photography London Ontario

To kick off the new year I’m continuing the tradition of putting together a series of blogs showing some of my favourite photographs the Woodgate Photography team captured in 2020. This post is the best of 2020: Wedding Photography London Ontario.

This past year was extremely different, for weddings in particular. Below you will see some of my favourite images the Woodgate Photography team captured in 2020 of weddings and elopements. You’ll have to come back around each couple’s 1st Anniversary to see a blog with more images from their big day!

I love the range of weddings we captured this year. We started with snowy full day weddings with a big wedding party and fun dancing at receptions. Then Covid-19 hit and we shifted to hot summer days with just the couple for an hour after they eloped at City Hall. All of these 2020 couples rolled with the punches 2020 threw at them and we were so happy to be there to capture the memories for them.

We had the pleasure of photographing in a variety of locations throughout South Western Ontario. This year brought us even more backyard weddings and we sincerely love capturing all the authentic moments that seem to happen more frequently at backyard weddings! With each wedding we aim to to give our clients variety by guiding you into different poses and capturing some traditional/timeless, fun, romantic, candid shots. Sometimes we even get a little bit silly. We don’t limit how many images we edit for our clients, just however many tell the story of the day. Our editing style gives punchy true-to-life colours, and our clients also receive a selection in different tones including black and white.
